Four guest-facing properties, one calmer operating rhythm

The brief went beyond a visual refresh. Palé Hall needed direct booking in the main guest journey, bilingual publishing, artwork sales and a way to stop hotel bookings being manually re-entered into the restaurant system.

  • Direct route

Direct booking moved into the main site journey, reducing reliance on commission-led routes.

  • Connected operation

A custom RezControl to Epos Now bridge removed a repeated manual handoff.

  • Wider estate

Hotel, sister property, gallery and guest information were treated as one connected ecosystem.

  • New commerce

The gallery gained a direct online route for guests and collectors to browse and buy.
