How we handle your information

Front of House is a trading name of LogicLeap Ltd, registered in England and Wales. LogicLeap Ltd is the data controller for this site. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, the venue and what you are trying to move. That goes to us by email so we can reply and scope the work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you asked us a question about a project, and answering it is the obvious use of what you sent.

We keep enquiries for two years so we can pick up a conversation that went quiet, then delete them. If the enquiry becomes a project, the records move into our normal client files and are kept for seven years because HMRC requires it. We do not sell your information, pass it to advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

What this site measures

Two things measure traffic here, and they are deliberately different.

Vercel Analytics counts page views and referrers. It sets no cookies, stores no identifiers and cannot follow you to another site. Because it does not identify anyone, it runs for every visitor and needs no permission. It tells us that a page was read, never who read it.

Google Analytics is more detailed and does set cookies, so it only runs if you accept. Until you do, it is switched off through Google's consent mode and nothing is stored on your device. If you accept, it sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years and record how the site was reached and which pages were visited. IP addresses are anonymised. The lawful basis is your consent, which is why nothing happens until you give it.

Changing your mind

Use the cookie settings link at the foot of any page and the choice comes back. Declining leaves the site working exactly as it did, because none of it depends on being measured. You can also clear cookies in your browser, or block them for this site entirely, and nothing here will break.

Who else touches the data

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Enquiry emails are delivered through Resend and land in a Google Workspace mailbox. Google Analytics, if you accept it, is processed by Google. Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions, and each may process data outside the UK under the standard contractual clauses. We use no other trackers, no advertising pixels and no session recording.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will deal with it within one month, which is what the UK GDPR allows us. If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
